Automated assembly lines

Automated assembly lines

Our fully or semi-automated assembly lines for refined, hybrid plastic injection-moulded components increase the efficiency, precision and quality of your products - for the best possible process reliability.

Assembly, which is largely supported by robotics, can include various steps depending on the mounting, such as joining, screwing, gluing or welding individual components.

Right from the design stage of the plastic parts, we make sure that the components are easy to assemble. This can include the use of special fastening mechanisms, latches or snap-on connections.

Quality checks such as torque tests already take place in the automated process. We ensure the required quality during the process by using a wide range of camera monitoring systems, which not only check the presence of components but also carry out surface inspections.

Mounting touch sensors

Mounting touch sensors

Functional Foil Bonding (FFB) combines surface design and sensor functionality in one single component. Functional elements can be seamlessly integrated into a decor of your choice and also into three-dimensional part geometry.

In a clean room atmosphere, we combine the plastic component manufactured by us with a sensor foil designed to meet your requirements.

We combine plastic and sensor technology - get in touch!

Assembly of small series

Assembly of small series

We also offer the production of small series, e.g. plastic parts with electronic components, by means of manual assembly.

Each manufactured product undergoes a thorough quality control to ensure that it meets the required standards. This may include a visual inspection, a functional test, an electrical test or some other test procedure.

Accurate documentation is essential for us, but also for you as a customer, as it rounds off the production process.
